B.H. Timber Company

B.H. Timber is composed of nearly 7,000 acres of timberland in Louisiana. Our property tracts are chiefly stocked with longleaf, loblolly, and slash pine, with some mixed hardwood to a lesser extent. 

In keeping with The Powell Group's values, B.H. Timber actively manages its assets to balance its inventory of age classes and values using best management practices and annual reforestation efforts to ensure perpetual growth and sustainability for future generations.

The Powell Group’s corporate office in Baton Rouge administers all B.H. Timber Company operations and management.
