Out of gratitude for the hard work and productivity of its employees, The Powell Group created The Powell Group Fund as a way to give back to the communities where we live and raise our families. 

The purpose of the fund is to support non-profit organizations that serve the greatest opportunities in our local communities, particularly in the arts, community development, education, environment, healthcare, and human services. 

Since its origination, The Powell Group Fund has donated more than $1 million to over 100 non-profit organizations in:

• Baton Rouge, Louisiana
• Lake Charles, Louisiana
• Panama City, Florida
• Sioux City, Iowa

The fund supports many exceptional organizations, including:

• Literacy Council of Southwest Louisiana, Inc.
• Family and Youth Counseling Agency
